Preston started Cub Scouts in January this year and has been very focused on passing off requirements. With Grandma’s help he built a birdhouse and said he had a ton of fun using tools. Recently he said he wanted tools for Christmas(uhh, don’t plan on it), along with a skateboard (yeah right) and a slinky (really?). Even though it was really hot outside (July in NC… always hot) the kids played outside as much as they could. They had fun with bubbles, airplanes with wind-up propellers, and just running around or swinging on the playground.
Preston is proud of his birdhouse! Looks good:)

We took the baby outside to feel the grass, which he didn’t appreciate. He was still cute though. Preston should know by now that if he makes a face, then it is going on the blog. heehee.
We finally got another blonde! James has a lot of hair for a Taylor:)
