In July, Grandma and Grandpa Price came out, along with Renee and Madison (my nieces) for a nice visit. We went to the annual stake 4th of July celebration, where they have some awesome fireworks (that sometimes shoot into the audience!) The kids had fun with some face painting and games. It was a scorcher, but isn’t it always? Some of our good friends joined us to watch (thanks for coming Rombolds and Deburgomasters!!) I think we were all a little freaked out by a rogue firework that buzzed right over Preston’s head into the crowd behind us.
William is still not a fan of fireworks, he had his head buried in his dad’s neck most of the night. James, on the other hand, was not even phased by the fireworks. All of us enjoyed the entire day, it is definitely something we look forward to each summer.
All of the Price grandkids.

Fun but too hot and too dangerous at fireworks time!
