oh the honesty!

So yesterday Preston and Emma were fighting about something and then I heard Emma's "I'm hurt" cry. I told Preston to come in here and asked him if he hit her with the hoparoo *the bouncy ball they sit on with a handle, which can also be carried by the handle and swung around really hard to smack someone hard!*

He calmly replied, "Yes, and I hit her REALLY hard too!" while looking at me like a proud peacock. He was so proud of his accomplishment. I turned my head away quickly so he didn't see me laughing and his dad got up to take care if it, since I clearly could not do it. As my friend said, at least we've taught him to be honest, right? lol.
